SigEp is looking for talented and driven leaders to join our chapter at Washington State.
We are confident our fraternity will to offer you a great collegiate experience. Every brother of SigEp is challenged from the day they join to the day they graduate—challenged to be a better man, a better student, and a better leader.
SigEp participates in year-round recruitment. Those interested in membership are encouraged to learn about Formal Recruitment and Informal Recruitment to decided what path is right for them pending their own situation and time of year.
Note: You must properly register for recruitment with the University's Center for Fraternity and Sorority Life (CFSL) regardless of formal/informal status before joining a chapter at WSU.

We don't believe in the principle of pledging. Rather, SigEp aims to foster the growth of our active members throughout their entire undergraduate experience, not just their first semester. This is practiced in day-to-day operations through the Balanced Man Program.
The Balanced Man Program is designed to help our members reach their greatest potential. In order for this development to take place, members must have a desire to better themselves in all aspects of life. All of our members place significant value on the pursuit of obtaining a sound mind and sound body. This combination creates a community of driven men who are dedicated to academic success, leadership development, and lifelong friendship.
